About me,
my profile & skills
Hello,
I am Leone van Leeuwen, working within interior and spatial design. My approach is shaped by visual storytelling, travel, and a multidisciplinary background in the arts.

About Leone van Leeuwen

I am in love with the world of art in all its forms—from paintings and films to graphic design, architecture, and interior design. My perspective has been shaped by years of travel and creative work across different disciplines, including film, graphic design, and allround media design.
After years of traveling and working in various roles within the field of arts, I decided to focus on interior design. This discipline brings together my interests in art, architecture, and visual storytelling.
I am currently dedicated to developing my skills, expanding my knowledge of the field, and refining my own design work — while staying connected to the experiences and influences that shaped my path.

My skills
As a recently graduated interior designer, I combine creativity with digital precision in my design process. I use programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to develop concepts, mood boards, and visual presentations, while SketchUp allows me to create and refine spatial designs in 3D. This combination enables me to clearly communicate ideas and translate them into realistic and well-considered interiors.
My past experiences
During my travels, I worked on a range of small creative projects, including logo design for a dog rescue organisation, filming and location scouting for a small documentary, and visits to key atelier locations such as Matisse in Collioure, Dalí in Cadaqués, and Van Gogh in Arles. I also contributed to music video productions in roles such as set dressing and general on-set support.
